Very UNprofessional, UNprepared and UNhinged. Late and missed his 15 minute viewing window for a property and made his clients wait with him in the heat to hijack another groups appointment time. His appointment time was 1:30-1:45, "I got here at 1:44!" he screamed, "I WAS NOT LATE!". Poor communication and comprehension of instructions, did not follow listing agent's instructions for COVID19, his clients were not informed of the required shoe coverings and gloves. He basically contaminated the home with his trespassing. When he was confronted about his behavior, he began screaming and shouting at the top of his lungs, "F**K YOU" and "SHUT UP" were used repeatedly by David in front of his client and their young children. Icing on the cake when he physically assaulted an elderly realtor by pushing him through the front door. Beware of this realtor, he has a listening, reading, speaking and temper problem. Not sure how he can maintain clients with such poor conduct.
